RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are unable to accept returns on any products with the exception of damaged products. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us at customercare@zoiro.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Upon authorization of the return, a refund of the purchase amount will be processed in the form of a credit to your Credit Card / Debit Card Account within 7 business days. For this purpose, we must receive the merchandise within 14 days from the date it was delivered to the shipping address. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. All returns are subject to verification by our Quality Control team.

We can exchange any product for store credit. For this purpose, we must receive the merchandise within 7 days from the date it was delivered at the shipping address. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you and have all tags attached. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
