No Return Policy for Innerwear

In case you are not satisfied with the product for whatever reason, you can reach our customer care support. You can email us at care.zoiro@jgh.co.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to process the return, which is subject to the below criteria
- We should receive the return within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- The product should be unused (other than the trial) and unwashed.
- No damage should be done to the product, which includes but not limited to stains, marks, stitches or holes.
- All the tags should be intact.
- The product should be in original packing.
- Returns are subject to our Quality Control Team review.
- In addition, during any promotion returns and exchange will be subject to Terms & Conditions of the ongoing offer.
Once the return is validated, the money will be refunded back into the account, credit or debit card within 7 business days.
Important Returns Policy Update
To ensure smooth processing of returns for missing items or damaged products, we now require an unboxing video recorded before opening the package.
Please make sure to capture:
- The sealed package before it is opened.
- The unboxing process, showing the items inside.
This video will help us quickly verify any issues and process your claim efficiently. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to accept returns for missing or damaged items.
