What is the estimated delivery time?
All orders are shipped within 2-3 Business Days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
How does the delivery process work?
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
What are the shipping charges?
All our prepaid orders are shipped free of cost.
A shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be applied for all orders below Rs. 499 placed via Cash on Delivery.
Zoiro believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellation of item(s) in order happens immediately if the order hasn't been shipped yet. If your order has been shipped, it will be cancelled as soon as the courier service confirms that the shipment is being returned to us.
Refunds on Cancellation
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
Returns/Exchanges need to be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Damaged or any products that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, should be unused, otherwise the same will not take back. Once the return/exchange is accepted we will pick up the product from the same address where it was delivered.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return requests on innerwear.
