If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

7.3 Cancellation by Zoiro / J.G. Hosiery Pvt. Ltd.

We may cancel an order partially or fully due to:

• Payment authorization failure
• Risk or fraud detection

In such cases:

• If payment has been made, a refund will be processed as per our Refund & Return Policy.

• Innerwear items (briefs, trunks, vests) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

• Original shipping charges may be deducted from the refund, wherever applicable.
